How we work
How we work.
Five steps, always in this order. The first two stop us building the wrong thing.
Start to finish
The five stages.
- 01
Audit
We map how calls, enquiries and admin are handled now. Who touches what. Where it waits. Where it gets dropped.
You getBottleneck and opportunity analysis
- 02
Roadmap
Each idea is scored on impact, effort, risk and whether it will actually run on your software. If it will not work, we say so.
You getPrioritised use cases and implementation roadmap
- 03
Implement
We build it and test it on your awkward calls and ambiguous enquiries. Nothing reaches your customers until you have used it yourself.
You getA working system you have tested
- 04
Manage
Monitoring, updates, maintenance and support. This is what separates a managed system from an automation someone built and walked away from.
You getMonitoring, maintenance and support
- 05
Optimise
We change it because of what actually happened — what callers ask, where it hands over to a person, where volume is going.
You getEvidence-led changes
Boundaries
What we will not do.
Not contract caveats. This is how the work is shaped from the first call, and why our proposals are usually smaller.
- No generic transformation programme
- No unsupported integrations
- No recommendation to use AI when a simpler fix will do
ALF OS
ALF OS is our internal delivery framework, not a bundle that every client automatically receives. We configure only the modules needed for the agreed problem.
Where an audit fits
Step one is sometimes the only step.
If the fix turns out to be a process change or a phone setting, that is what we tell you. There is nothing further to buy.
Questions
About integrations.
Can ALF integrate with any software?
No. We connect to systems we have tested and can support, and we say so plainly when a system is not one of them. Anything beyond managed AI reception and websites goes through an audit and a feasibility assessment before we quote it.
Start here
Step one is a 15-minute call.
No deck, no discovery process. Tell us what is costing you and we will tell you what we would do about it.
