ALF Knowledge In development

The answers that live in one person's head.

Every business has questions only one person can answer. Until they are written down, nothing else in the system can use them.

What it looks like

The list of what you have not answered yet.

The useful output is not the answers it has — it is the questions customers keep asking that nobody has written down.

Takes in

  • Your documented answers
  • Past calls and enquiries
  • Pricing and service rules

ALF Knowledge

  • Holds one agreed answer per question
  • Cites which source an answer came from
  • Flags a question it has no agreed answer for

Hands on

  • ALF Receptionanswers the questions you approved
  • ALF Automationsupplies the facts a follow-up needs
  • Youthe list of questions still unanswered

It does not invent an answer. A question with no agreed answer becomes a callback, not a guess.

How the module plugs in. A schematic, not a screen.

What it does

One agreed answer per question.

Designed behaviour — this module is in development, and these are the responsibilities it is being built to hold.

HoldsOne approved answer per question, with the source it came from, so the same question never gets two answers.
SuppliesThose answers to Reception when a caller asks, and to Automation when a follow-up needs a fact.
FlagsAny question it has no approved answer for, as a list for you rather than a gap nobody sees.

Where it stops

What it will not do.

It does not invent an answer. A question with no agreed answer becomes a callback, not a guess — which is the same rule Reception already runs on, and the reason this module has to exist before the others get cleverer.

Early access

Not finished, and not for sale yet.

It is being built now. Early access means telling us which questions your customers actually ask, and getting the module shaped around them rather than around a guess.

Start here

Tell us what you would need from it.

Knowledge is what stops the rest of the system improvising. Reception already refuses to answer what it has not been told; this is where being told happens.
