What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not govern any work ALF Digital carries out for you. If you engage ALF Digital, the terms of that engagement — scope, payment, cancellation, liability, ownership of what is built and how the service is supported — come from a separate written agreement and proposal, agreed with you before any work starts.

Information on this site

The content here is published in good faith as general information about what ALF Digital does. It is not advice for your specific situation, and reading it does not create a working relationship between us.

Descriptions of what the AI receptionist and the websites include describe what is normally delivered. What is actually delivered to you is whatever your proposal says.

Prices shown on this site

Every figure published on this site is a starting price, not a fixed one. Diagnosis, implementation and ongoing management are scoped and priced separately, because what they involve genuinely varies between businesses.

• AI Opportunity Audit and Roadmap: From £750. The final fee depends on the number of workflows, locations, stakeholders and systems in scope, and is agreed in writing before any work begins.
• Implementation is quoted as a one-off project fee against an approved roadmap. There is no published implementation price, because there is no fixed implementation.
• Ongoing management is quoted monthly against the system that was actually built.
• Managed AI Reception: From £500 setup + £149/month. This is the starting price for the reception product specifically — not the price of a managed AI system in general.
• Business Website: From £995, as supporting infrastructure.

Published figures are an invitation to discuss work, not a binding offer. The figure you pay is the one in your written proposal, and call-volume limits and third-party usage costs for the receptionist are confirmed there rather than here. Prices on this site can change without notice; a signed proposal cannot.

The live receptionist line

The number published on this site connects to a working ALF Digital AI receptionist so you can hear it for yourself. It is provided for demonstration. Standard call charges from your own provider apply, and it should not be used for anything urgent or important.

The chat assistant

Maya is an automated assistant. It can be wrong, and nothing it says is a quote, a commitment or advice. Where it matters, confirm it in writing. What happens to what you type is described in the privacy notice.

Content and ownership

The text, design and code of this website belong to ALF Digital. You are welcome to read it, link to it and quote it with attribution. Republishing it as your own is not permitted.

The portfolio distinguishes client work from concept studies. The concept studies are demonstration builds produced by ALF Digital; the businesses shown in them do not exist and did not commission the work.

Links to other sites

This site links to third-party sites, including a scheduling tool and the portfolio examples. ALF Digital does not control them and is not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

This website is provided as it is. No guarantee is made that it will always be available or free of errors.
